This project is a revision of the Conservation Blueprint developed by the Gulf Coastal Plains and Ozarks Landscape Conservation Cooperative in 2017. The revision included an expansion of the study area, refining the list of Broadly Defined Habitats (BDHs), integrating the BDHs into a single unified map, assessing ten of the terrestrial BDHs using a revised set of landscape configuration and habitat condition metrics, identifying “cores” of high quality terrestrial habitats in the region, and mapping potential connectivity corridors between cores based on the habitat condition scores. As Principal Investigator, I was responsible for all of the work, although I had a lot of help and direction from Todd Jones-Farrand, the Project Coordinator. The Final Technical Report was written by me with comments and edits from Todd Jones-Farrand.
